Kaiya leverages his entrepreneurial experience, vast knowledge of the cannabis industry, and business acumen to develop and execute operational plans to achieve significant cost savings across production, organizational dynamics, and supply chains. He has launched multiple brands, secured cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing licenses, and structured scores of brand licensing and private label manufacturing contracts.
